Brad's background includes
Leadership and Consulting roles at early- and growth-stage companies including B2C and enterprise software companies. Participant in numerous successful exits (IPO or company sale).
Consulting for Private Equity companies and external board member of one of their portfolio companies (mintra.com).
M&A experience working with PE and established software companies including analyzing and assessing product strategy, technology/code, SDLC, customer satisfaction, engineering talent and application quality.
VP & GM and VP Engineering at SumTotal, a Human Capital Management software provider. As VP Engineering he was responsible for software engineering for cloud SaaS platforms and content authoring solutions. VP of an online insurance company (HealthyPaws). Architect, founder, and software engineer for a conversational chatbot platform (ebotspot.com)
Brad has a BA in Computer Science and a BA in Applied Mathematics from University of California, Berkeley.
Brad recently served as a member of the Board of Directors for Mintra, a provider of digital learning and human capital management software in Norway. With headquarters in Bergen and offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Aberdeen, Limassol and Singapore, Mintra provides services to over 4,000 companies.
